DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE UNLESS YOU ARE A GENERAL PRACTITIONER.

By using this Website you warrant that you are a qualified General Practitioner accessing this Website within Australia as part of your ongoing QA, CPD or PDP obligations (as applicable).

Definitions
"CPD" means Continuing Professional Development as defined by the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
"Medicine Today"", "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms of Use is a reference to Medicine Today Pty Limited.
"PDP" means Professional Development Program as defined by Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine.
"QA" means Quality Assurance as defined by the RACGP.
"RACGP" means Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (ABN 34 000 223 807), an Australian company limited by guarantee.
"ACRRM" means Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ABN 12 078 081 848) an Australian company limited by guarantee

Variation and Application of Terms of Use

General practitioners are only permitted to enter this site using their nominated username and password and not a password issued by medicine today.

You agree not to disclose the password given to you by Medicine Today to any other person and you must not allow another person to use your password. If you have requested us to cancel the use of your password, then you are liable for the use of that password up until the time we have successfully activated that cancellation.
